Organic Childhood {Southeast Missouri Child Lifestyle Photographer/Lifetograper}

These are my kids (and nephews). This is our life. Real Life. This is our everyday. They dress themselves. They wear dirty, too big, too little or someone else's clothing. Because the goats don't care. And neither do I. They are kids.

My passion is to capture that fact without disturbing the organic nature of childhood. To be a fly on the wall...or on the goat.

Welcome to our backyard. Where we play with goats, swim in mud puddles, hug chickens and wrestle with dogs. It's a kids world. And I get to capture it....

(no animals were harmed in the capture of these photo's)

RIP King Oliver Davis. Aka: Ollie. {A Tribute}

Our beloved cat succumbed to a 4 wheeled vehicle. We miss him greatly. He was the best cat. He would let the kids smother him with love and he wouldn't do a thing to fight back. He just soaked it up. Hubby and son would take him out to the shed or chicken house to mouse hunt. They would stir them up and he would attack and kill them. =)

Action Bible by David C Cook {Friday Favorites}

I recently ordered the Action Bible for the kids and let me tell you they LOVE it! I love it too! I believe there are over 200 stories in it. I love watching my four year old look at it. I can see his imagination going wild. The artwork and colors in this book is amazing! These would be great for Sunday school as well. I ordered ours from Christian Book. I'll post a link below. I also ordered the Bible Eyewitness collection from Adventures in Odyssey and the kids like to follow the audio story in the Action Bible. They work well together. I love hearing one of the older kids helping Breckan find the story in the Action Bible that is being told on the cd.
